1. Acceptance

By using ASA Serverlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

ASA Serverlist is a free, community-run directory of unofficial ARK: Survival Ascended servers. We provide server listings, wipe schedules, and cluster information sourced from public game APIs and user submissions.

3. User Accounts

To submit or manage a cluster listing, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep your wipe dates up to date.

4. Content Guidelines

By submitting a cluster listing, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner or authorised representative of the listed server

  • All information provided is accurate and up to date

  • You will promptly update wipe dates when they change

We reserve the right to remove listings that contain false information, offensive content, or violate these terms.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use this service to submit spam listings, falsify server data, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the platform in any way.

6. Disclaimer

ASA Serverlist is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of server data and are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of this service. This site is not affiliated with Studio Wildcard or Snail Games.

7. Paid Services

Arkwipe offers optional paid services: promotion points (each point schedules one promoted post in our Discord server) and premium placement for clusters (featured positioning for a fixed number of days). Prices are shown at checkout and are one-time payments processed via PayPal — no subscription, no automatic renewal.

8. Points, Bookings & Premium

  • Purchased and earned points have no cash value and cannot be paid out.

  • A booked ad slot becomes final two hours after booking. Within these two hours you can withdraw the booking and the point is returned. After that, bookings are non-refundable.

  • If we fail to publish a booked post on the booked day (e.g. a Discord outage), the point is refunded automatically.

  • Premium runs for the purchased number of days and expires automatically. Additional purchases extend the current period.

  • Ad content (text and images) must not contain illegal, offensive, or misleading material and must relate to the promoted server. We may remove violating posts without refund and suspend accounts on abuse.

9. Right of Withdrawal

For digital services delivered immediately, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers).

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
